REBRAND & STRATEGY




GB Asia Restaurant, founded in 2012 and based in Taiwan, has been brewing a diverse selection of traditional German lagers and ales since 2008. With a focus on providing beer lovers with a taste of the region's brewing heritage, the restaurant has become known for its well-balanced and carefully crafted brews. GB Asia Restaurant aims to promote beer as a part of daily life and a lifestyle choice, while elevating beer-tasting to an art form.

In 2020, GB Asia Restaurant decided to rebrand their visual identity and develop a 10-year growth strategy. As the main brand designer and rebranding strategist, I conducted extensive marketing research and strategy analysis to create a new brand identity that accurately represented the restaurant's values and aspirations.

The new logo features a beer tap and barrel, which symbolize the simplicity and authenticity of handcrafted beer and cuisine. GB Asia Restaurant wants to create a space for people to come together and enjoy great beer with friends and family, making Handcraft Pure beer an essential part of the experience.
